Reminder:

Our end of the year party is tomorrow.  We will leave school at 9:40. 

Please remember to send the food items your child has signed up for tomorrow morning. 

We will dismiss from Xtreme at 2:00.   All students must be picked up on time. 

Honor’s Day is Monday, May 19^th at 9:00.  Your child may want to wear something a little dressed up on that day. 

If you are going to check you child out after Honor’s Day, please come by my room and sign them out.  

Cheerleader forms were sent home yesterday.  They are due back Tuesday, May 20th.

If you are signed up for the ACH or reoccurring debit/credit drafts, the last draft will be Friday, May 9, and will stop at that point for the summer.  Should you wish to reinstate your draft for the 2014-15 school year, you will need to contact Pepi . 

Special Note to 6th grade parents:

The spelling tests for the 6th grade go along with the 6th reading ,and the 6th grade homeroom teachers decide when the 6th grade is going to have a spelling test.  

Parents:  Please send water color paints to school for Art Class.

5th & 6th grade language folders

Parents please note that I do things a little differently concerning the communication folders. 
I do not send home graded work through the communication folder.  Your child will have a language folder that they will keep all of their graded work in.  When I have graded work to pass out, your child will see their work and grade and will have an opportunity to discuss it with me.  Once that is done your child will file their graded work in their language folder.  PLEASE NOTE.... YOUR CHILD CAN CHECK THIS FOLDER OUT AT ANY TIME.   All I ask is that the graded work stay in the folder and returned to school the next day.  If your child is in my homeroom, I do the same thing for their reading and spelling in the same folder.  I do this for each 9 week period.  This insures that all of your child's work is kept together and can be viewed at any time.
